GRANT DEED
ALMA A. MEELSCRAU, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of her right, title, and
interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 22,
Township 30 South, Range 12 East, M.D.M. acc6rding to the Official
Plat of said land approved by the Surveyor General, November 30, 18679
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of County Road No. 29 which
bears N 89° 50' E, 35.32 feet from the Southeast corner of Lot 39 as
shown on the map attached to the Decree of Partition entered in the
Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of
San Luis Obispo on July 25, 1893; thence N 0° 10' W a distance of
38.00 feet to a point; thence on a curve to the Southeast tangent to
the last described line with a radius of 16.00 feet through an
angle of 90° for a length of 25.13 feet to a point; thence N 89° 50' E
a distance of 88.36 feet to a point; thence S 00 10' E a distance
of 22.00 feet to a point; thence S 890 50' W a distance of 104.36 feet
to the point of beginning.
Containing .054 acres, more or less.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREENW, executed this day
of 1967
by and between ALMA A. NEHLSCHAU, hereinafter called Grantor, and the CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISP09 a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall convey to the City .054 acres, more or less, lying
along Foothill Boulevard.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the Cityswhen construction
money is made available.
3. City agrees to pay Grantor $1525.55 for the land being conveyed
to the City, plus $53.68 for the loss of landscaping, less $718.68
for the new sidewalk, curb and gutter, leaving $860.55 to be paid
by the City to the Grantor upon execution of this agreement.
4. City agrees to provide all necessary engineering and legal work,
relocate utilities as necessary, revise the driveway in kind and
to pave out the street to the new gutter.
