GRANT DEED
J. A. BARER and L. E. BARER, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title, and interest in the following described property in the City
of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 22,
Township 30 South, Range 12 East, M.D.M. according to the Official Plat
of said land approved by the Surveyor General, November 30, 1867,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of County Road No. 291, which bears
N 89° 50' E, 139.68 feet from the Southeast corner of Lot 33, as shown
on the map attached to the Decree of Partition entered in the Superior
Court of the State of California in and for the-County of San Luis Obispo
on July 25, 1893; thence N 0° 10' W a distance of 22.00 feet to a point;
thence N 89° 50' E a distance of 52.00 feet to a point; thence S 0° 10' E
a distance of 22.00 feet to a point; thence S 89° 50' W a distance of 52.00
feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing .026 acres, more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be
subscribed this 31st day of August I t 1967.

THIS AGBEffi�1T, executed this "- "` day of 1967,
by and between J. A. RAM and L. B. BAKER, hereinafter called Grantors, and
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .026 acres, more or less, lying
along Foothill Boulevard.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter along the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $743960 for the land conveyed to the City
plus $23.43 for the loss of bushes, less $312.00 it would have cost
to construct the sidewalk, curb and gutter at the old line, leaving
$455.03 to be paid by the City to the Grantors upon execution of this
agreement.
4. City agrees to provide all necessary engineering and legal work,
relocate utilities as necessary, revise the driveway in kind, construct
retaining wall behind the sidewalk, and pave out the street to the
new gutter.
