GRANT DEED
PATRICK H. SULLIVAN, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of his right, title,
and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 10, Tract No. 11 according to the map filed May 1, 1932,
at Page 30, Volume 5, in the office of the County Recorder, San Luis
Obispo County, California. The property is more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 10; thence N 89° 50' E a
distance of 50.50 feet; thence S 0° 07' E a distance of 4.00 feet;
thence S 89° 501 W 50.50 feet; thence N 0° 07' W a distance of 4.00
feet to the point of beginning.
Containing .005 acres, more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto caused his name to be

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this of -e„ 19670
by and between PATRICK H. SULLIVAN, hereinafter called Grantor, and the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
11 Grantor shall convey to the City .004 acres, more or less, lying
along Foothill Boulevard.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the land conveyed to the City,when construction money
is made available.
3. City agrees to pay Grantor $131.30 for the land conveyed to the City,
less $303.00 for the new sidewalk, curb and gutter, leaving $171.70
to be paid by the Grantor to the City upon execution of this agreement.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering, legal work, slope
the bank in back of the sidewalk and pave out the street to the new
gutter.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed
by the Grant Deed dated October 30
19 67 , from
Patrick H. Sullivan
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corpozation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.
