The- moersigned, owners of the property.-hereinafter described,
hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo on behalf of ourselves,
our heirs, administrators, executors, successors:or: assigns, that ve will
install curbs, gutters., sidewalk and - street paving on that half of William.
Street on which'said property abuts at such time as William Street is
improved up to the.limita of*the hereinafter described property.
We Covenant shall run with the land.bereinafter'described in
favor of the City of.San Luis Obispo, a M=Icipal,porporation, and shall
be anforceable by said City against ourselves, our heirs, administrators,.
executors, successors or assigns.
Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis•Obispo, State-of California,', and more particularly described on
Exhibit Wo attached hereto and.hereby incorporated herein.by reference.
The undersigned owners further Agree to cause this covenant• to' be
recorded in the Office of the County-Bacorder of San Luis. Obispo County,
to bear all expense connected.with said recordation and to fimndsh.to the
Planning Department as evidence,'of compliance with this requirement a copy
of .this eovenant- bearing the voltage and page mmber where this.instrument
was recorded.
Upon Satisfaction of tbe:Qbligation imposed by this -covenant and,
within a reasonable time after delivery.to the City Clerk of a written
