AGREEMENT
T H I S A G R E E M E N T, executed this 3% ,,&T day of October, 1967, by and
between Francis S. Donn, Romona H. Donn and John H. Donn, hereinafter called
Grantors, and the City of San Luis Obispo, a Charter City, hereinafter called
City,
WITNESSETH:
1 . G ra nt o r s shall convey to the City 2295.92 square feet of land, more
or less, consisting of 22 feet of frontage along 374 Foothill Boulevard, more

That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section 22, Township 30 South, Range 12 East, M.D. M. ,
according to the Official Plat of said land approved by the Sur-
veyor General, November 30, 1867, and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of County Road No. 29
which bears North 8911 50' East, 452.76 feet from the South-
east corner of Lot 3, as shown onthe map attached to the
Decree of Partition entered in the Superior Court of the State
of California in and for the County of San Luis Obispo on July
25, 1893; thence North 0° 10' West a distance of 22.00 feet
to a point; thence North 890 50' East a distance of 104.36
feet to a point; thence South 00 10' East a distance of 22.00
feet to a point; thence South 890 50' West a distance of 104. 36
feet to the Point of Beginning.
2. City agrees to construct curb and gutter, necessary driveway ramps
and sidewalk across the entire frontage of the property, arrange for relocation of
utilities as necessary and pave out the street to the new gutter.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $3, 900.00 for the land being conveyed to the
City, less $626.16, the amount necessary to complete the improvements if they
had been installed at the old property line, leaving $3,273.84 to be paid in cash to
Grantors upon close of escrow.
4. City and Grantors agree that an escrow shall be opened with a title
company in the City of San Luis Obispo upon final acceptance of this agreement by
the City Council. Grantors shall bear the expense of securing a policy of title
insurance on the property being purchased in the full amount of the purchase price
as well as the required tax stamps and both parties will share the escrow fees
equally.

5. Grantors acknowledge that the purchase price includes full compensation
for loss of certain trees, shrubs and landscaping as a result of the planned street
improvements.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have exeucted this agreement
