, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their right,
title and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot 3 in Block 26 of the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the official
map on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of Santa Rosa Street, said point
being 75 feet Southerly from the Southwesterly corner of Peach and Santa
Rosa Streets; and running thence Southerly, along the Westerly line of
Santa Rosa Street 75 feet to the dividing line between lots 3 and 6 in
said Block 26; thence Westerly along said dividing line 10 feet to a point;
thence Northerly along a line parallel to the Westerly line of Santa Rosa
Street 75 feet to a point; thence Easterly 10 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing .017 acres, more or less.
