DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
(CORPORATE TRUSTEE)
The undersigned corporation, as Trustee, or as substitute Trustee, under that certain Deed of Trust
executed by H. C. GRUNDELL and FLORENCE M. GRUNDELL, his wife, and WILLIAM R.
FREDMAN and NATALIE B. FREDMAN. his wife
as Trustor, dated August 9, 1961 , and recorded on August 15, . 19 61
in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Luis Obispo
State of California, Series Number 16897 , in BOOk 1139 of Official Records, at page 122
pursuant to the written request of the beneficiary, does hereby grant and reconvey, without warranty expressed or implied
as to title, possession or encumbrance, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, all the right, title and interest de-
rived by the undersigned corporation, pursuant to said Deed of Trust, in and to that portion only of the real property con -

veyed thereby which is situated in the City of San/ County of San Luis Obispo , State
of California, and described as follows:
That portion of Lot 3 in Block 26 of the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the official map
on file in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described
as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Peach and Santa Rosa Streets
and running thence Southerly along the Westerly line of Santa Rosa Street
75 feet to a.•point; thence at right angles to the above mentioned line,
Westerly 10 feet to a point; thence at right angles to the aforementioned
line, Northerly 75 feet to the Southerly line of Peach Street; and thence
Easterly along the Southerly line of Peach Street 10 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
Containing .017 acres, more or less,

(1959 Series), recorded Nsay 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.
