GRANT DEED
ELMER W. SMITH, and KATHERINE A. SMITH, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISFO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title, and interest in the following described property in the City
of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A parcel of land being a portion of Lot 16 of the Goldtree Vineyard
Tract, in the City of San Luis Obispo.. State of California, said parcel
being more particularly described as follows:
Commenting at a point on the Westerly line of Tract #290, as said Tract
is shown on map filed for record in Book 7 of Maps at Page 4 in the office
of the San Luis Obispo County Recorder, said point being also on the Southerly
right of way line of E1 Cerrito, and running along said Westerly line,
North 26' 04' East, 45.52 feet; thence continuing along said Westerly
line, North 89. 25' 20" East, 16.88 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence continuing North 891 25' 20" East, 32.44 feet; thence North 36'
30' 30" West, 96.62 feet; thence on a curve to the right from a tangent
which bears South 32' 04' 10" East, having a radius of 40.00 feet, through
a central angle of 46' 54' 00 ", for an arc length of 32.74 feet; thence on a
curve to the left, from a tangent which bears South 14. 49' 50" West,
having a radius of 30.00 feet, through a central angle of 51' 03' 20"
for an are'-length of 26.73 feet; thence South 36' 13' 30" East, 26.16
feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing .037 acres, more or less.
