GRANT DEED
C. E. FREEMAN and M. E. FREEMAN, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, all of their right, title, and
interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot 3 in Section 1, Township 31 South, Range 12 East,
Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 122 of San Luis Obispo Suburban
Tract, according to the map thereof filed in Book 1, Page 92 of Record
of Surveys, records of said County; thence North 0. 22' West 40 feet to
the North line of Orcutt Road as shown on said tract map; thence South
890 38' West along said North line a distance of 761.91 feet to the true
Point of Beginning; thence continuing South 89° 38' West a distance of
197.00 feet; thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 20'
through an angle of 84. 15' 39" for a length of 29.41 feet; thence North
890 38' East a distance of 216.90 feet; thence South 0. 22' East a distance
of 18.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing .087 acres, more or less.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed
by the Grant Deed dated January 23
19 68 , from C. E. Freeman and M. E. Freeman
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 2/ L day of 19,
by and between C. E. FREEMAN, and M. E. FREEMAN, hereinafter called Grantors,
and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called
City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .087 acres, more or less, lying
along Orcutt Road.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter along the entire
frontage of the property conveyed to the City, when construction money
is made available.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $1719.00 for the land conveyed to the
City less $1242.00 it would have cost to construct the sidewalk, curb
and gutter at the old line, leaving $477.00 to be paid by the City
to the Grantors upon execution of this agreement.
4. City agrees to provide all necessary engineering and legal work, and
pave out the street to the new gutter.
5. In the event the property is subsequently subdivided into four or
more lots within any one year period, the subdivider will be required
to reimburse the City for the cost of the land acquired by the City
(1719.00).
