CHARLES WALTER, DONALD WALTER, BENIDA WALTER, NEIL T. MALONEY, and
SHIRLEY MALONEY, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO$
a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their right, title, and interest
in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot 21 of the San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract in the
City of San Luis Obispo, according to map recorded Feb. 7, 1906, in Book 1,
Page 92 of Record of Surveys, in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of land described in Book 1410, Page 702
and 703 in the Office of the County Recorder; thence South 4° O1' West
along the Westerly line of the former California State Highway 101, as
said highway existed March, 1958; a distance of 120.00 feet to a point;
thence North 86° 08' West a distance of 10.00 feet to a point; thence
North 40 O1' East a distance of 123.95 feet to a point; thence South
64. 05' East a distance of 10.7-4 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 0.028 acre, more or less.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this day of 19_� ,
by and between CHARLES WALTER, DONALD WALTER, BENIDA WALTER, NEIL 1/.�ALONEY,
and SHIRLEY MALONEY, hereinafter called Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .028 acres, more or less, lying
along Higuera Street as show on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
29 Grantors agree to construct sidewalk, curb, and gutter along the
entire frontage of the property conveyed to the City.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $122.00 for the property conveyed to
the City upon completion of the improvements set forth in paragraph
Noe 2.
4. City agrees to provide all necessary engineering and legal work and
to pave out the street to the new gutter.
