parties of the first part, and the CITY OF SAIT LUIS OBISPO, a
municipalcorporation of the State of California, party of the
second nart, MdITNESSETH: That the parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar Gold coin of
the United States of America, to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged, and in consideration.of the covenants herein contained
do by these peesents grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
successors
unto the said party of the second part, and to its and assigns
forever, the right to construct, operate, maintain, repair and
.reconstruct a sewer line along the line Thereinafter described
together with the right to enter on said premises for the purpoees
above specified and for the purpose o= inspecting said sewer
line.
The right hereby granted is on: -and across land situate
in the State of California, County of San Luis Obispo, City of
San Luis Obispo, and along the line particularly described as
follows, to wit':
Commencing at a point on the Northerly line of
Palm Street which point of beginning bears N 530
Z8' E and is distant 40.7 feet from the South corner
of Lot 20 Block 187 of Phillips Addition to the City
of San Luis Obispo as shov;n on a ziap now on file in
the Col.nty Recorder's Office San Lui.'s Gbispo,California,
thence running N 211 38' E 69.9 feet to o point on the
,asterly line of Lot 19 'Block 137 of the above mentioned
Phillips Y;ddition.
