PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Whereas, FIRST AMERICAN TITLE INSURANCE & TRUST
COMPANY, a California Corporation, the Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by
Joseph E. Adamaki and Loretta J. Adamski, husband and wife
dated June 24, 1965 and recorded June 29, 1965
in Boob 1356 , page 384 of Official Records in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Luis Obispo County, California, has been duly requested and directed in the manner pro-
vided by said Deed of Trust to reconvey, without warranty, all right, title and interest now held by said
Trustee under and by virtue of said Deed of Trust, in and,to that portion of the real property covered by
said Deed of Trust hereinafter particularly described;
NOW, THEREFORE, in compliance with said request and direction and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, said First American Title Insurance & Trust Company,
Trustee, does hereby RECONVEY to the PERSON OR PERSONS LEGALLY ENTITLED THERETO, but without
warranty, all right, title and interest now held by said First American Title Insurance & Trust Company,
Trustee, under and by virtue of said Deed of Trust, in and to that certain property situated in the County
of San Luis Obispo -,State of California, particularly described as follows, to-wit:
The Northeasterly 10 feet of Lot 8 of John Chapek's resubdivision of part of Lot 25
of the town of San Luis Obispo, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, according to the map of said resubdivision, recorded
November 6, 1911 in Book 1, page 28 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
said County.
The remaining property described in said Deed of Trust shall continue to be held by said First American
Title Insurance & Trust Company, Trustee, under the terms thereof and this reconveyance shall not affect the
personal liability of any person or the corporate liability of any corporation for the payment of the indebted-
ness mentioned as secured thereby or the unpaid portion thereof, nor shall it affect any rights or obligations
of any of the parties to said Deed of Trust.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First American Title Insurance & Trust Company, Trustee, has caused its cor-
porate name and seal to be hereto affixed by its Assistant Secretary, thereunto duly authorized thin =26th .

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the merest in real property conveyed
by the Partial Reconveyance dated February 26
19 68 , from Joseph E. Adamski and Loretta J. Adamski
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded Ivay 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 19th day of February 1968,
by and between JOSEPH E. ADAMSRI and LORETTA J. ADAMSRI, hereinafter called
Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter
called City witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey by grant deed to the City .011 acres, more or
less, lying along Santa Rosa Street more particularly described as
follows:
The Northeasterly 10 feet of Lot 8 of John Chapek's resubdivision of
part of Lot 25 of the town of San Luis Obispo, in the City of San
Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according
to the map of said resubdivision recorded November 6, 1911 in Book 1,
Page 28 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County.
2. Upon acceptance by the City Council of this agreement, fully executed
by Grantors, together with the required grant deed to the property and
supporting partial reconveyance from all parties holding any security
interest in said property, City agrees to pay grantors the sum of
$1,500.00 for the property conveyed and an additional $150.00 as
severance damages to the remainder.
3. City agrees to remove existing curb, gutter, sidewalk and retaining
wall and to construct new curb, gutter, sidewalk and retaining
wall at the new line, all at no cost to the Grantors.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering, legal work, relocation
of utilities, revise the concrete ribbon driveway and pave out the
street to the new gutter.
