DEED OF EASEMENT (110 CCPJSIDy24 T10i?)
HACIENDA HOSPITAL, INCORPORATED, a California Corporation, as Grantors,
hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, as Grantee, the following easement
in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
to wit:
An easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace and remove a public
storm drain in and across a strip of land ten (10) feet in width in a portion
of Section 36, T30S9 R12E, M.D.M., in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, along the centerline of an existing 54"
storm drain, said centerline being described as follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of that parcel described in Volume
12280 at Page 723 of Official Records of the aforesaid county and delineated
on map filed in Book 16 at Page 22 of Licensed Surveys in said county and
running thence South 36. 04' West, 130.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Northwesterly, having a radius of 160.10 feet, through a central
angle of 26. 221, a distance of 73.68 feet; thence South 62. 26' West to the
Northeast corner of the intersection of Southwood Drive and Woodside Drive.
THE GRANTEE SHALL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements
damaged or destroyed at any time by the Grantee in maintaining, repairing, or
removing storm drain in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the
ground to as near its original condition as possible.
The Grantor, his heirs or assigns reserve the right to construct, maintain,
repair, replace, or remove any future improvements over said easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be
subscribed this 3rd day of June , 1968.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed
by the Deed of Easement dated June 3
19 68 , from Hacienda Hospital, Incorporated
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded Nay 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.
