CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the following
easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, to wit:
An easement, with rights of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, to
construct, maintain, operate, patrol, reconstruct, repair, remove,
replace, increase and or change the number and or sizes of pipes,
pipelines, manholes, cleanouts, accessories and appurtenances, for
a sanitary sewer system under, along and upon a portion of the
Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 30 South,
Range 12 East, M.D.M. in the City of San Luis Obispo deeded to Dominic
Bressi on Page 280 of Book 475 of Deeds in the Recorder's Office of the
County of San Luis Obispo, described as follows:
An 8' wide easement lying 4' either side of the following described
centerline.
Beginning on the Southerly line of said property, 34.71' westerly of the
most Southeasterly corner of the property; thence from the point of
beginning North 26° 21' West a distance of 68.01' to the Northerly line
of said property.
Containing 0.012 acres, more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be
subscribed this 25th day of June , 1968.

hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No, 549
(1959 Series), recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.
