the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the
following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo,

An easement, with rights of ingress thereto and egress therefrom,
to construct, maintain, operate, patrol, reconstruct, repair, remove,
replace, increase and or change the number and or sizes of pipes,
pipelines, manholes, cleanouts, accessories and appurtenances, for
a sanitary sewer system under, along and upon a portion of the
Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 30 South,
Range 12 East in the City of San Luis Obispo, deeded to David Bowin
on Page 503 of Book 1121 of Deeds in the Recorder's Office of the County
of San Luis Obispo described as follows:
State of California, to wit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said property; thence North
0. 21' West along the Easterly line of said property a distance of
18.25 feet; thence North 26. 21' West a distance of 69.16 feet to the
Northerly line of said property; thence along the Northerly line a distance
of 8.66 feet; thence South 26. 21' East a distance of 88.87 feet to
the Point of Beginning.
Containing 0.015 acres, more or less.
