part, and the CITY OF SLIT LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation
of the State of California, the party of the second part,

deration of the sum of one dollar gold coin of the United
States of America to her in hand paid by the said party of
the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED FROM HANUELA PHILLIP MARTIN
TO THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, CONVEYING A SEWBE RIGHT -OF
WAY ACROSS PROPERTY SITUATE IN SAID CITY.
Be it resolved b- the Council of fan Luis Obispo
as follows:
That.that certain deed dated August 9th, 1922,
made by Ms=ela Phillip Harlin to the City of San Luis Obispo
conveying the right to construct, operate, maintain, repair
and reconstruct a sewer line along the line hereinafter
described is hereby accepted by said city
Commencing at a point on the Westerly line of
Lot 18 Block 137 of Phillips Addition to the City of San
Luis Obispo, California, as per map now on file in the County
Recorder's Office, San Luis Obispo, California, which point
ofnbeginning bears N 361 22" 17 and is distant 36.0 feet from
the most Southerly corner of Said Lot 18 thence. running N 211
38' E 77.6 feet to a point; thence. N 4210 30' E 86.3 feet
'to a point on the Easterly line of Lot 16.::blook 137 -of the
above mentioned Phillip Addition.
