OF DOCUIRY'IENT VOL1494 PACE165 '4:q la THIS AGREEMENT, executed this �J`T /� day of 1966 by and between CHARLES DBLMARTINI and EVELYN DELMARTINI, hereinafter called Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City witnesseth: 1. Grantors shall convey to the City .088 acres, more or less, lying along Foothill Boulevard. 2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire frontage of the property being conveyed to the City. 3. City agrees to pay Grantors $2,505.10 for the property being conveyed to the City plus $20.13 -for the loss of shrubs, less $1,302.00 that it would have cost to construct the improvements at the old line leaving $1,223.23 to be paid by the City to the Grantors upon execution of this agreement. 4. City will provide all necessary-engineering and legal work, relocation of utilities as necessary, revise yard sprinkler, relocate wood fence to the back of the new sidewalk, revise the redrock driveway and pave out the street to the new gutter.
