tangent to said line along a curve to the left with a radius of 150.00 feet through an angle of 180
41' 50" for a length of 48.95 feet to a point; thence S711 08' 10 'W tangent to last described curve
a distance of 22.62 feet to a point, thence tangent to the above described line along a curve to the
right with ,a radius of 200.00 feet through an angle of 180 41' 50" for a length of .65.27 feet to a
point, thence S89° 50'W tangent to last described clove '3.19 feet to a point,

distance of 50.00 feet to a point, thence N89° 50'E a distance of 3.19 feet to a point, thence tange
to the above described line along a curve, to the left, with a radius. of 150.00 feet through an
