appointed Trustee under the Deed of Trust hereinafter referred to, having received from Beneficiary thereunder
a written request to reconvey, in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, all estate now held by said
Trustee under said Deed of Trust in and to the hereinafter described property, said Beneficiary having presented
said Deed of Trust and note or notes secured thereby for indorsement —said Deed of Trust having been executed

Now, Therefore, in accordance with said request and the provisions of said Deed of Trust, TITLE
INSURANCE AND TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee, does hereby RECONVEY, without warranty, to THE
PERSON OR PERSONS LEGALLY ENTITLED THERETO, all estate now held by it thereunder in and to that
property situated in said county, state of California, described as follows:
That portion of Section 1 in Township 31 South, Range 12 East, Mount
Diablo Base and Meridian, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the official plat
of the survey of said land on file in the Bureau of Land Management,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 121 of San Luis Obispo
Suburban Tract, according to the map thereof filed in Book 1, Page 92
of Record of Surveys, records of said County;
thence North 00 221 West, 40 feet to the North line of Orcutt Road;
thence South 890 381 West along said North line 248.33 feet to the
true point of beginning;
thence continuing South 890 381 West along said North line of Orcutt
Road 225 feet;
thence North 2D 351 West a distance of 18.01 feet to a point;
thence North 89D 381 East a distance of 245.70 feet to a point on a
curve;
thence along said curve with a radius 6f"20 feet through an angle of
840 151 39" for a length of 29.41 feet to the true point of beginning.
The remaining property described in said Deed of Trust shall continue to be held by said Trustee tinder
the terms thereof. As provided in said Deed of Trust, this Partial Reconveyance is made without affecting the
personal liability of any person for payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust.

to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corpozation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
