thence South 88D 28' West along the Southerly line of the land so described
in said deed, 659.79 feet to a point; thence South OD 08' East, 389.10
feet to a point on the Northerly line of Serrano Drive, said point being the
true point of beginning; thence South 890 43" West, 112.31 feet along the
Northekly line of Serrano Drive to a point; thence North 00 08' West, 5 feet
to a point; thence -North 890 43' East, 78.32 feet to a point; thence on a curve to the
left vith a radius of 9 feet through an angle of 890 51' for a length of 14.11 feet
to a point; thence North 00 08' West,121':02 feet to a point; thence North 890 43' East,
25 feet to a point; thence South o °08, East, 135 feet to the true point of beginning.
