That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of sum of One dollar,gold coin of the United States

grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said party of

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A D3ED FROM A. F. FITZGERALD, et ua, TO
THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO CONV.RYING PROPERTY SITUATE IN SAID CITY
Be it resolved by the Council of San Luis Obispo
as follows:
That that certain deed dated November 8th, 1922,
made by A. F. Fitzgerald and ISary^ itzgerald, his wife, to the
City of San Luis Obispo conveying the property hereinafter des-
cribed is hereby accepted by said City:
DESCRIPTION
All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate in the
City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of Cal-
ifornia, and bounded and described as follows, to wit:
Commencing at a point on the Westerly boundary line of the Southern
Pacific Railway Companys Right of Way which point of beginning bears
N 490 45' E 465.0 feet from the most Westerly corner of Block 19
Central Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo California, as per
map now on file in the County Recorder's Office, San Luis Obispo,
California, thence running from said point of beginning S 490 45'
W 20.0 feet to a point on the Southerly boundary line of Pismo
Street; thence N 40° 15' W 60.0 feet to a point on the Northerly
boundary line o-j" Pismo Street; thence N 49° 45' E 40.0 feet to a
point on the said Westerly boundary line of the Southern Pacific
Pailway Companys Right. of Way thence along the said Westerly boun-
