Parcel 1.
A ten foot (10' wide strip of land, the centerline of which is described as follows
subsequent to the true point of beginning•,
Commencing at a one inch (1') iron pipe which is the southwest corner of property
described by a deed recorded in Volume 565 at Page 575 of the official records of
the County of San Luis Obispo; thence, North 890 45' East distance of 320 feet
to a point; thence South 00 15' East a distance of 253.56 feet to a point; thence
North 650 51' East a distance of 5.47 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
from the true point of beginning North 650 51' East a distance of 371.55 feet to
a point being the end of the herein described line.
Parcel 2.
A ten foot (10) wide strip of land, the centerline of which is described as follows
subsequent to the true point of beginning.
Commencing at a one inch (1') pipe which is the southwest corner of property
described by a deed recorded in Volume 565 at page 575 of the official records
of the County of San Luis Obispo; thence, North 890 45' East a distance of 320
feet to a point; thence, South 00 15' East a distance of 302.16 feet to a point;
thence, South 39° 45' West a distance of 381.71 feet to a point; thence North
470 15' West a distance of 52.07 feet to the true point of beginning; thence from.
the true point of beginning North 470 15' West a .distance of 461.81 feet to a
point; thence, North 671 50' 30" West a distance'of 574.12 feet to a point; thence
South 220 09' 30" West a distance of 17 feet to a point being the end of the herein
described line.
Parcel 3.
Commencing at a one inch (1') pipe which is the Southwest cornea of property
described by a deed recorded in Volume 565 at page 575 of the official records
of the County of San Luis Obispo; thence, North 890 45' East a-distance of 320
feet to a point; thence South 00 15' East a distance of 302.16 feet to a point;
thence, South 390 45' West a distance of 376.71 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence North 470 15 'West a distance of 52.07 feet to a point; thence
South 39° 45' West 32.20 feet to a point; thence along a curve tangent to the last
described line, said curve concave to the left, with a radius of 52 feet, through
an angle of 180° a distance of 163.36 feet to a point; thence North 390 45' East
along a line tangent to said curve a distance of 26.74 feet to a point; thence
North 470 15' West a distance of 52.07 feet to the true point of beginning.
This grant is made with the understanding that when the
property burdened by the easements over parcels land 2
is subdivided, grantee will quitclaim said easements to
or Chair successors in interest at the time the final
map is approved, if the grantee has refused to approve
alignment which would include said easements within ,the
way of the new streets serving said subdivision*
