A parcel of land for road widening purposes being a aD
portion of Lots "E" and "G" of R.R. Harris resubdivision of Lot
58, 61, 62, 632 64 and 65 of J. T. Stratton's survey of Ranchos
Canada de Los Osos and La Laguna, San Luis Obispo County, State
of California, as said Lots are shown on map filed for record in
Book "A" at Page 161 of Maps in the office of the San Luis Obispo
County Recorder, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South right of way line of
Madonna Road, distant South 39 046'29" East, 30.00 feet from Engin-
eer's centerline station 35 +00.00 of Madonna Road as per State
Highway Map V- SLO- 2 -SLO, recorded in Book 2 at Page 617 of State
Highway Maps in the office of the San Luis Obispo County Recorder;
thence along said South right of way of Madonna Road through the
following courses: South 39 °46'29" East, 10.00 feet; thence North
50 °13'31" East, 250.00 feet; thence North 55 025'11" East, 106.70
feet; thence leaving said South right of way line and running
South 50 °10'16" West, 847.86 feet to a point on the Northeast
line of that parcel of land described in deed recorded in Volume
560 at Page 45 of Official Records in the office of said County
Recorder; thence running along said Northeast line, North 46 °04'00"
West, 20.12 feet to the South line of a 60 foot road, as it now
exists, known as Madonna Road; thence along said South line of said
road, North 50 °10'16" East, 493.82 feet to the true point of
beginning and containing 0.295 acres.
PARCEL TWO:
A parcel of land for road purposes being a portion of
Lots "G" and "H" of R. R. Harris resubdivision of Lots 58, 613 62,
63, 64 & 65 of J. T. Stratton's survey of Ranchos Canada de Los
Osos & La Laguna, San Luis Obispo County, State of California, as
said Lots are shown on map filed for record in Book "A" of Maps at
Page 161 in the office of the San Luis Obispo County Recorder,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the South right of way line of
Madonna Road, distant South 39 °46'29" East, 30.00 feet from
Engineer's centerline Station 35+00.00 of Madonna Road as per State
Highway of V- SLO- 2 -SLO, recorded in Book 2 at Page 617 of State

thence along said South right of way line, as it now exists, South
50 010'16" West, 493.82 feet to the most Northerly corner of that
parcel of land described in deed recorded in Volume 560 at Page 45
of Official Records in the office of said County Recorder; thence
leaving said South right of way line and running along the North-
east line of said parcel, South 46 °04'00" East, 20.12 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence continuing along said Northeast
line, South 46 °04'00" East, 1773.86 feet to a point on the West
right of way line of Freeway V- SLO- 2 -SLO, as said right of way is
shown on said State Highway Map; thence along said right of way on
a curve to the left from a tangent which bears North 15 °39'10"
East having a radius of 2400.00 feet, through a central angle of
1026148". for a distance of 60.60 feet to a point; thence leaving
said right of way line and running parallel to and 53.00 feet
distant, measured at right angles from the before mentioned North-
east line of parcel recorded in Volume 560 at Page 45 of Official
Records, North 46 °04'00" West, 1716.38 feet; thence on a curve to
the right, tangent to the last mentioned course having a radius of
20.00 feet, through a central angle of 96°14'16', for a distance
of 33.59 feet; thence South 50 °10'16" West, 75.62 feet to the
true point of beginning and containing 2.140 acres.
