PETRUCCI, hereinafter called Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth: 1. Grantors shall convey to the City .013 acres, more or less, lying along Johnson Avenue. 2. Grantors agree to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter along the entire frontage of their remaining parcel. 3. City agrees to pay Grantors $433.50 for the land conveyed to the City plus $166.00 to revise the P. C. concrete driveway, $40.00 for the loss of landscaping and $6.00 to revise the house walk, making a total of $645.50 to be paid by the City to the Grantors upon completion of the improvements set forth in paragraph number two. 4.
