Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, in the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the official
plat or plats of the survey of said land returned to the General
Land Office by the Surveyor General, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southwesterly line of County Road No.
257 as conveyed to the County of San Luis Obispo by deed dated
October 3, 1932, in Book 130, Page 137, Official Records, said
point being distant South 2. 37' West 1190.89 feet and North
72. 00' West a distance of 75.00 feet from corner No. 16 as shown
on the map of the Goldtree Vineyard Tract; recorded September 30,
1893 in Book 1, Page 14 of Record of Surveys; thence North 72. 00'
West a distance of 55.00 feet; thence on a curve to right with a
radius of 830.00 feet through an angle of 1° 22' 50" for a length
of 20.00 feet; thence South 30. 41' West a distance of 7.67 feet;
thence on a curve to the southeast with a radius of 838.00 feet
through an angle of 2. 25' 50" ft.a length.of 35.55 feet; thence
South 72' 00' East tangent to last described curve a distance of

THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 20th day of October , 19699
by and between VICTOR PETRUCCI and VICTORIA M. PETRUCCI, hereinafter
called Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation,
hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .013 acres, more or less,
lying along Johnson Avenue.
2. Grantors agree to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter along
the entire frontage of their remaining parcel.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $433.50 for the land conveyed to
the City plus $166.00 to revise the P. C. concrete driveway,
$40.00 for the loss of landscaping and $6.00 to revise the
house walk, making a total of $645.50 to be paid by the City
to the Grantors upon completion of the improvements set forth
in paragraph number two.
4. City agrees to provide all necessary engineering and legal
work, relocate utilities as necessary and pave out the street
to the new gutter.
