_structures across that portion of Brook Street located between the Southerly
boundary of the Nippon.Tract and the prolongation of the Northerly lines of Lots
21 and 24 as shown on the map of the Nippon Tract, on file in the County Recorder's
Office at.--Page 23, is Volume 5 of Maps more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 24, said corner being the intersection
of the Northerly line of Lot 24 and the Easterly line of Brook Street,.thence North
-810 00' West, a distance of 10.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence South
90 00' West along the Easterly line of the original easement, a distance of 50.00 -
feet to the.Southerly line of the Nippon Tract, thence South 810 00' East along the
Southerly line, of said tract, a distance of 3.00 feet to a point; thence North 90
00' East, a distance of 50.00 feet to a point on the prolongation of the Northerly
line of Lot 24; thence North 810 00' West along.said prolongation of the Northerly
line of Lot 24, a distance of 3.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
