bounded as follows: f
Bounded Southeasterly by the southwesterly prolongation of the southeasterly
line of Lot 114 of said Suburban Tract; bounded on the Northeasterly side by
the center line of said Pacific Coast Railroad right -of -way; bounded on the
Northwesterly side by the northwesterly line of the road known as the
Faultless Starch Access Road, a 60.00 foot road, and bounded on the South-
westerly side by the southwesterly line of 'gaid Pacific Coast Railroad
