BETWEEN, Elmer A. Forbes and Evelyn LT. Forbes, his wife, both of-
the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, the parties of
the first part, and the City of San Luis Obispo, a.municipal cor-
poration of the State of California, the party .df the second part,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said parties of the.first part, in consideration
of the sun of Ten Dollars,. lawful money of the United States of
America, to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents
grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said party of the
second part and to its successors and assigns forever the right to
lay, construct, operate, maintain, repair and reconstruct a sewer
over and through, under and-along that certain lot, piece or parcel
of land situate, lying and-being in the City of San Luis. Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California and bounded.and
described as follows, to -wit:
All that part of Lot One (1) in Block One (1) of the
Isabel Tract according to the map entitled, "Map of the.
Isabel Tract, San Luis Obispo, Cal. Surveyed by H. C.,,Ward
Dec. 1887 ", lying three (3) feet on each side of the
following described line, to -wit: Beginning at a point in
the southerly line of said Lot One (1), which point bears
S. 880 06' W., 16 feet from the most easterly corner of
said Lot One (1), and running thence N. 11° 00' E., 169.5
feet to a point-in the southerly line of Murray Street
and which bears N. 890 46' W. 15 feet from the north-
westerly corner of Lot Two (2� and the.northeasterly
corner-of Lot One (1) of said Isabel Tract.
Together with the right of ingress and egress to and from
the same unto the said party of the second.part, its agents and
employees and the right to do and perform all things necessary and
convenient-to the use of the.right.hereby granted.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD-the said right, together with the
appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, and to its
successors and assigns forever.
