February 7, 1906 in Book 1 on Page 92 of the Records of Survey in the Recorder's Office
of the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly point of said Lot 113, said point being the intersectio
of the Northerly line of County Road 169 and the Easterly line of the San Luis Obispo
and Santa Maria Valley Railroad right- of-way as described in a deed recorded July 11,
1881 in Book "N" on Page 155 of Deeds; thence along said railroad right- of-way line
Northerly on a curve concave to the left having a radius of 1463.00 feet through an
arc of 0' 30" 44" for a distance of 13.08 feet; thence South 69' 504 East a distance
of 1.30 feet; thence North 65' 10' East along a line which is 12.00 feet from and
parallel to said Northerly line of County Road No. 169 to the Southern Pacific Railroad
right -of -way; thence South 33' 30' East along said Southern Pacific right- of-way a
distance of 12.14 feet to the intersection of the Southern Pacific Railroad right -of-
way and the Northerly line of County Road No. 169; thence South 65'10' West along
said line to the point of beginning.
