The AMERICAN MEDICAL ENTERPRISES, INC., a corporation, hereby
releases and quitclaims to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal
corporation, the following described real property in the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California:
That portion of Lots 39 and 40 of the California Park Subdivision,
in the City of San Luis Obispo, as per map recorded in Book 2,
Page 36 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder, County of
San Luis Obispo, California, lying between the following described
line and the property described in the Quitclaim Deed by the Corpor-
ation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter Day Saints, a Utah corporation sole, and Obispo Land Company,
a California corporation, recorded in Volume 1276, Page 508 of Deeds.
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 39; thence South 29° 40'
East along the east line of Lot 39 a distance of 52.74 feet; thence
on a curve to the right with a radius of 20.00 feet through an
angle of 112° 49' for a length of 39.38 feet; thence South 830 09'
West a distance of 249.00 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence on a curve to the left with a radius of 40.00 feet through
an angle of 240° 00' 00" for a length of 167.55 feet; thence on a
reverse curve with a radius of 20.00 feet through an angle of 60°
00' 00" for a length of 20.94 feet; thence North 830 09' East a
distance of 240.22 feet; thence on a curve to the right with a radius
of 12.00 feet through an angle of 67° 11' to the east line of Lot 39.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused its name to be
subscribed to this deed on the date set next to the name.

hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549

Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.
