FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the issuance of a revocable,permit to
erect improvements within the public street right -of -way, said improvements
consisting of: retaining wall adjacent to 4 foot integral sidewalk ,
the undersigned owners of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with
the City of San Luis Obispo to remove all of or any portion of said improvements
without cost to said City upon thirty (30) days written notice, which the City
of San Luis Obispo may, from time to time, request.
Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as follows:
Lots 3, 49 53 6, Block 10, Buena Vista Addition
Assessor's Parcel No. 3- 663 -03
Commonly known as: 1043, 1045, 1047, 1049 Ella Street
This covenant shall run with the land and shall be binding upon the
undersigned owners, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.
