THIS INDENTURE, made this 14th, day of July, 19250
BETWEEN, M. Lewin and Annie Lewin, his wife, both of the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, the parties of the -first part,
and the City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal corporation of the
State of California, the party_of .the second part,

That the said parties of the:first part, in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars, lawful money of the United States of
America, to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the. receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents
grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said party of the
second part and to its successors and assigns forever the right to
lay, construct, operate, maintain, repair and reconstruct a sewer
over and through, under and along.that certain lot, piece or parcel
of land situate, lying and being in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California and bounded and
described as follows, to -wit:
All that part of Lot No. Thirty Three. (33) in
Block No. Eleven (11) of Wi:ellts Addition to the.
City of San Luis Obispo, according to the map of
said Addition filed in the office of the County
Recorder of the.County of San Luis Obispo on Sept.
15, 1887, lying three-(3) feet on each side of the
following described_ line, to —wit: Beginning at a
point bearing N. 89° 30' E. three (3) feet from
the - northwesterly corner of said Lot No. Thirty
three (33), and running thence S. 0° 30' E.,
parallel to-and three feet from the westerly line .
of said lot No. 33, a distance of 179.73 feet to
a point in the southerly line of said lot.
-Together with the right of ingress and egress to and from
the same unto the said party-of the second part, its agents and
employees and the right to do and perform all things necessary and
convenient to the use of the right hereby granted,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the:said right., together with the
appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, and to its
successors and assigns forever.; provided however that said party of
the second part, its successors or assigns shall never construct on
said premises any building or other structure whatever, other than
a sewer.
IN WITUESS MEREOF, the said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands the day and year first above written.
