Grantors, hereby grant
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee,
the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement, with rights of ingress thereto and egress therefrom,
to construct, maintain, operate, reconstruct, repair, remove,
replace, increase and /or change the number and /or sizes of pipes,
accessories and appurtenances, for a sanitary sewer system under,
along and upon that portion of Lot 17, Block 8, of the Arlington
Addition as recorded June 23, 1894, in Volume 1, Page 19 of
Surveys, that portion of Block 2, Phillips Syndicate, as recorded
August 21, 1902, in Volume A, Page 162 of Maps and that portion
of Motley Avenue described as follows:-
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 17 of said addition;
thence East along the South line of Lot 17 a distance of 6.71
feet, more or less, to the Northerly right -of -way line of U.S.
101; thence North 410 08' 24" East along said right -of -way a
distance of 92.19 feet; thence North 60° 01' East along said
U'S. 101 right -of -way a distance of 33.00 feet; thence North a
distance of 26.11 feet; thence South 410 08' 24" West to the
Westerly line of Lot 17 of said Arlington Addition; thence South
along westerly line of said Lot 17 to the point of beginning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to

Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.
