THIS IICDENTURE, made this 20th. day of July, 1925,
BEi'GVEEN, Antonio Dela Rosa, of the County of San Luis Obispo, State.
of California, the party of the first.part, and the City of San Luis
Obispo, a municipal corporation of the State of California, the.party
of the second part,
W I T N E S S E T H,
That the said party of the first part, in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars, lawful money of the United States of
America, to him in hand paid by the said party of the. second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged. does by these:presents
grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said party of the
second part and to its successors and assigns forever the right to
lay, construct, operate, maintain, repair and reconstruct .a sewer
over and through, under and along that certain lot, piece or parcel
of land situate, lying and being in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California and bounded and
described as follows, to -exit:
That certain parcel of land lying three (3) feet on each
side of the following described line, to -wit: Beginning at a
point in the easterly line of Santa Rosa-Stree-t, which point.
bears N. 361 22' W., 117 feet from the most southerly corner
of Lot No. One (1) in Block No. Eighty Two (82) of the City
of San Luis Obispo and running thence N. 11° 00' E., 141.5
feet to a point in the line between the property of Dela Rosa
and Henry C. and Yary Hathway.
Together with the right of ingress and egress to and from
the same unto the said party of the second part, its agents and
employees and the right to do and perform all things necessary and
convenient to the use of the right hereby granted.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the'said right, together with the
appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, and to its
successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has
hereunto set his hand the day and year first above written.

Be it resolved_by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo, as follows:
The,-. those certain deeds, hereinafter described, conveying
to the City of San Luis Obispo the right to lay, construct, operate,
maintain, repair and reconstruct a sewer over and through, under and
along certain property belonging to the grantors and in said deeds
described, be, and the same are hereby accepted by said City of San
Luis Obispo,
Said deeds are described as follows:
1. Deed dated July 14th., 1925 from 1.7. Lewin and Annie
Lewin to the City of Son Luis Obispo.
2. deed dated July 14th. , 1925 from Mier A, Forbes and.
Evelyn 1:. Forbes to the City of San Luis Obispo,
.3, Deed dated July 20th., 1925 from Antonio dela Rosa
to the City of San Luis Obispo.
4. g=eed dated July 24th., 1925 from Fred L. Garrett and
Florence V. Garrett to the City of San Luis Cbispo
