All that part of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22 in
'gyp 3D Sow, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, in the City of
Sam Iauis Obispo, according to the official plat or plate of the survey of said
lands returned to the Gene=alland Office by the Surveyor General, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the land described to Maino Properties, a
copartnership, recorded in Volume 1205, page 457 of official Records; thence South
890 42' 45" Hest alomg the North property line of Foothill Blvd. a distance of 64.00
feet; thence North o° 39'45" Bast a distance of 20.68 feet; thence North 89° 30'
East a distance of 64.00 feet; thence South W 39' 45" hest a distance of 20.92 feet
to the point of beginning.
