DEED OF EASEMENT

COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a political subdivision and one of the counties
of the State of California, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, the following easement
in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of Calif-
ornia, to wit:
A 15.00 foot wide easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace,
enlarge, operate, and remove a public sanitary sewer line and appur-
tenances in and across that portion of Lots 12 & 13 of Block 137
of Phillips Addition as shown on the map filed in Volume A, page 49
of maps in the Office of the County Recorder. Said easement to be
7.50 feet either side of the following described centerline.
Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 1,,Block 137 of the Phil-
lips Addition; thence South 530 38' West along the southerly property
line of Mill Street a distance of 39.50 feet; thence South 200 08'
East a distance of 175.00 feet; thence North 69a 52' East a distance
of 7.50 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 20a 08'
East to the northerly property line of Palm Street. The side lines
of said 15.00 foot easement to be prolonged or shortened to intersect
at the northerly property line of Palm Street.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be sub-

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed
by the Deed of Easement dated June 15 ,
19 72 , from the County of San Luis Obispo
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.
