IRVINE S. LONG, IRMA M. LONG, ALBIN P. ROCHA and BERNICE ROCHA,
as Grantors, hereby grant to the.CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal
Corooration, as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San
Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement with rights of ingress thereto and egress therefrom,
to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate and
remove public sanitary sewer line and appurtenances under, along
and upon a portion of Lot 8, Block 3, Goldtree Vineyard Tract,
according to the map of said Tract, recorded September 30, 1893
in Book 1 at Page 14 of Record of Surveys, said easement to be
a strin of land 8 feet in width and being particularly described
as follows:
Commencing at the most Westerly corner of said Lot 8, thence
North 540 00' East along the dividing line of Lots 7 and 8 a
distance of 165 feet; thence South 36" 25' East a distance of
8 feet; thence South 540 00' West a distance of 165 feet; thence
North 360 25' 14est a distance of 8 feet to the Point of beginning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to

A RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY ABANDONING AN EXISTING
SEWER EASEMENT AND ACCEPTING A NEW EASEMENT IN
LIEU THEREOF.
WHEREAS, it is In the public interest that an existing sewer easement over a portion
Of Lot 7, Mock 3 of the Gold Tree Vineyard Tract be abandoned on Condition that a new
sewer easement is provided to-replace same; and
WHEREAS, a new sewer easement over a Polticn-Of Lot 8, lock-" sWZ -Gold Tree
Vineyard Tract has been offered to the City and has been approved by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE rT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
as follows:
1. That certain sewer easement over a portion of Lot 8, Block 3 of the Gold Tree
Vineyard Tract as described in Exhibit "A" hereto is hereby accepted by the City of
San Luis Obispo and the Mayor is authorized to execute an appropriate certificate
evidencing such acceptance.
2. Inasmuch as that certain sewer easement over a portion of Lot 7, Mock 3 of the
Gold Tree Vineyard Tract is now surplus to the needs of the City in view of paragraph 1
hereof, said surplus easement, more particularly described on Exhibit 'B" hereto, is
hey abandoned.
On Marion of Councilman Graham, seconded by Councilman Brown, and on the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Councfimen Mahe, Brown, Graham, Gurnee and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: Now
the foregoing Resolution is passed and adopted this 2nd day of August, 1971.

to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.
