Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 92 in
Tract 400, El Camino Estates, in the City of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, according to the map recorded
in Book 8 of Maps at Page 2, Records of San Luis Obispo
County; thence along the northerly line of Margarita
Avenue North 80° 16' 41" West 26.00 feet; thence north-
easterly at right angles to said street line North 09°
43' 19" East 15.00 feet; thence South 800. 16' 41" East
