EXHIBIT "A" That portion of the South half of the Southeast quarter of Section 22, in Township 30 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the official plat or plats of the survey of said lands returned to the General Land Office by the Surveyor General, described as follows. Beginning at point "H -6" as shown on the tract map of tract No. 66, recorded February 29, 1952 in Book 5 at page 81 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder; thence South 890 42' 45" West along the North property line of Foothill Blvd., a distance of 140.59 feet, more or less, to the Southeasterly corner of land conveyed to Alexander MacKay, et ux., by deed recorded July 26, 1946 in Book 408 at page 470 of Official Records; thence North 00 39' 45" East along the Easterly line of the property so conveyed, a distance of 21.13 feet; thence North 890 30' East a distance of 36.77 feet; thence South 890 35' 30" East a distance of 103.81 feet to a point on the West line of the property conveyed to Frank H.
