a distance of 175.00 feet to a point; thence North 640 05' West a distance
of 9.00 feet to a point; thence South 26° 48' West parallel to Higuera
Street a distance of 175.00 feet to a point; thence South 640 05' East a
distance of 9.00 feet to the point of beginning.
