That portion of Lot "Q" of the Resubdivision of Lots 58, 61, 62, 63, 64 and 65
of the Subdivisions of Ranchos Canada de Los Osos and La Laguna, in the City
of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according
to the Map thereof recorded January 30, 1875 in Book "A" at page 161 of Maps in
the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southeasterly line of Madonna Road and the
Northeasterly line of Lot Osos Road as shown of Parcel Map San Luis Obispo 71 -57
as recorded in the County Recorder's office of said County, in Book 5 at page 90
of Parcel Maps; thence North 620 30' 00" East a distance of 207.00 feet along
the Southeasterly line of Madonna Road as shown on said Parcel Map to the true
point of beginning, thence South 34° 04' 10" East a distance of 208.36 feet along
an-old fence line as same is delineated and designated on said Parcel Map, to the
most northerly corner of the land conveyed to Rousing Authority of the City of
San Luis Obispo, a Public Corporate Entity, in deed recorded May 24, 1971, in
Book 1617 at page 150 of Official Records; thence South 62° 30' 00" West. along
the Northwesterly line of said land described in the deed to said Housing Authorvp
207.00 feet to a point on the Bortheasterly'line of Los Osos Road; thence North
340 04' 10" West along said Northeasterly line of Los Osos Road, a distance of
208.36 feet to the true point of beginning.
