BELL AND JULIA U. BELL. BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispb, as follows: That that certain deed, dated April 20th., 1927, made and executed by Lonnie C. Bell and Julia W, Bell, and conveying to the City of San Luis Obispo the real property hereinafter described, be, and the same is hereby accepted. Said real property is described as follows, to —wits All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land,situate in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, particularly described as follows: Beginning at the most Northerly corner of Lot Rio.
