A Special meeting was held on August 15, 1913 of the Concregati.an
to discuss 'the deeding of 25" of Lots 1 and 2 of Block 2 on South
street to the city for needed improvements.
A motion made by Carl Bockhahn to deed that portion of Dots 1
and 2 of Norton's Addition as recorded October 24, 1901 in Volume
A, page 79 of Maps in the County Recorder's Office, County. of
San LiAs Obispo, State of California, described as fcllows : The
Northerly 25 feet of Lots 1 and 2 of Block two,, to the city.
The motion was seconded by Dan McCrory. A voile was taken and passed
unanimously.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed
by the CORPORATION GRANT DEED dated August 16

hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
