Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of Sweeney Alley (also known as Sweeney
Lane) which is 242.00 feet Southwesterly from the intersection of the Southerly line of
Sweeney Alley (also known as Sweeney'Lane) with the Southwesterly line of Broad Street,
thence Southwesterly along the Southerly line of Sweeney Alley (also -known as Sweeney
Lane) a distance of 65.00 feet to the most Northerly corner of the land described in
the deed to Robert D. Baxendale, et ux, recorded February 27, 1923, in Book 699, Page
216 of Official Records; thence Southeasterly parallel with the Northerly line of
Lot 6, and along the Northeasterly line of the land described in the deed to Robert
D. Baxendale et ux, 10.00 feet to a point; thence Northeasterly parallel to the
Southerly line of Sweeney Alley (also known as Sweeney Lane.) a distance of 65.00 feet;
thence Northwesterly to the Point of Beginning.
