to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 8 day of �C�, 19741 by and
between I.O.O.F., CHORRO LODGE-NO. 168, a corporation, hereinafter
called Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corpora-
tion, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall- convey -to the City -a strip of land along
Higuera Street; as shown on.the attached sketch, for
street widening purposes.
2. In exchange for the land for.street widening, City agrees
to construct at the new line, a four foot (4') high block
fence approximately ,165 feet in length, replacing the
fence lost in the 1973 flood.
