Grantor shall- convey -to the City -a strip of land along Higuera Street; as shown on.the attached sketch, for street widening purposes. 2. In exchange for the land for.street widening, City agrees to construct at the new line, a four foot (4') high block fence approximately ,165 feet in length, replacing the fence lost in the 1973 flood.
