CLAIR, BE-IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo, as follows: That that certain deed, dated May 26th., 1927, made and executed by Albertina Be St, Clair, and conveying to the City of San Luis Obispo the real property hereinafter described, be, and the same is hereby accepted. Said real property is described as follows, to -wit: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, particularly described as follows: s Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of Higuera Street, as the same now exists, said point bearing S. 520 58' E., 33.2 feet and S. 300 41' We , 157.05 feet from a monument which marks the intersection of the center lines. of Higuera*Street and Carmel Street, and running thence S. 300 41' W., 76.4 feet to a point; thence N. 440 11' W., 3.0 feet to a point; thence N. 300 41' E., 76.4 feet to a point; thence S. 440 11' E., 3.0 feet to the point.of beginning. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, instructed to cause said deed to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Luis Obispo.
