corporation, as Grantee, all of their rig -ht, title and interest in the
following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:

State of California, City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo being a portion of Lot 135 of the San Luis
Obispo Suburban Tract as recorded in Book 1 of Licensed
Surveyors' Maps in the Office of the County Recorder, said
parcel being more-particularly-described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly- corner of said Lot 135;
thence North 330.33' 07" West 369.27 feet along the south-
west line of said Lot 135.and along the northeast line of
Bullock Lane, being 30.00 feet in width; thence leaving
said line and running North 560 22' 13" East, 21.00 feet;

beginning.
