Said ripe lines are to be constructed across the above
described property and shall follow, as near as possible, the following
described line, to -wit:
Commencing at s point on the westerly line of lot 1
of the San Luis.Subnrban Tract, which point of beginning

lot 5 of said tract in the center of n.40 foot road as
shown on a mar now on file in the County er,order's Office,

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DF.FD FROM JOT V, OLIVERA,
FILOMMA Be MACEADA, ROSIE TERRA, also known as
ROSA V. TERRA* AND MAMM Be BETTENCOURT, JR,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo that that certain deed dated November,9, 1927, made and
executed by Joe Vo Olivera, Filomena B. Uaehada, Rosie Terra,
also known as Rosa V. Terra, and Manuel Be Bettencourt, Jr„
and conveying to the City of San Luis Obispo a right of way
across that certain piece or parcel of land situate in the
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and particularly

Lot 1 of the San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract, as per map
an file in the office of the County Recorder of,the
