NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced
in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for
,the County named above, -by the above -named plaintiff, against
the above -named defendants; to condemn and acquire for a public
use, easements for the -construction and maintenance of sanitary
severs in, under, across and upon the parcels of land more
particslarly described in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and by
this reference made a part hereof, and in addition thereto,
a temporary secondary easement 5 feet on either side of the
parcels of land aforesaid, limited in time -te the period
required to install said sanitary severs for the purpose of
moving therein and thereon machines and equipment and of
depositing thereon and removing therefrom excavated material.
