RESOLUTION NO. 2427 (1973 Series)
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE C=.OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO APPROVING A GRANT DEED CORRECTING AN ERRONEOUS
DEED AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo as follows:
1. The Grant Deed from the City to Serafino and Carmel Martinelli, attached
hereto marked "Exhibit No. 1 ", and thereby incorporated herein, is hereby approved
as necessary and proper for the correction of a ;rant deed previously executed by the
City, dated February 8, 1966, and recorded April 1, 1966 in Book 1391, Page 494 of
the Official Records of the County of San Luis Obispo.
2. Exhibit No. 1 does not authorize the sale or transfer of any property presently
owned by the City and, therefore, no ordinance is required for its approval and execution by
the City.
3. The Mayor is authorized to execute said Exhibit No. 1 on behalf of the City.
On motion of Councilman Graham, seconded by Councilman Brown, and on the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Blake, Brawn, Graham, Gurnee and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSE NT-. None
the foregoing Resolution was duly passed and adopted this 12th day of March, 1973.
