to construct, maintain, operate, reconstruct, repair, remove, replace,
increase and /or change the number and /or sizes of pipes, pipelines,
accessories and appurtenances for the conveyance and distribution of
water under, along, and upon that portion of Lots 1 and 5 on Block 149
of the J. Harford's Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo, California,
as recorded in Book "A ", page 123 of Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County. Said easement to be 7.5 feet either side of
the following described centerline.
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 23 of the Nippon Tract as
recorded July 15, 1931, in Volume 5 page 23 of Maps in the Office of
the County Recorder, thence North 81° 00' West 13.00 feet to the true
point of beginning, thence (1), South 9° 00' 0011 West a distance of
18.00 feet; thence (2), South 35° 191 East to the northwesterly right
of way line of Madonna Road.
